儿子突然问我小区单元1楼大厅的墙上新贴的怎么颜色不一样？

       财富公馆小区1楼大厅墙壁之前贴的都是瓷砖，后来有的因为空洞掉落了，这两天物业安排人员把瓷砖掉落的部分补上PVC板，进电梯的时候儿子突然问我怎么颜色不一样，把我问住了问了安装师傅，他说瓷砖好掉，这种PVC板玻璃胶粘的不会掉。

      印象中好像还没看到过哪个小区贴这种PVC板的，又不是防材料，个人愚见，先不说新装颜色不搭影响美观，楼道装上这种不是防火材料真的好么？还是物业只顾省钱呢？
